Swedish Massage
Long gliding strokes, kneading, pressing, rocking—these are some of the strokes and techniques used in Swedish massage. This type of massage increases circulation, relieves tension, and promotes relaxation. This is a full-body massage using light to deep pressure—you decide. Oil, lotion, hot towels and aromatherapy are incorporated into the session.

Deep Tissue & Trigger Point Therapeutic Bodywork
Deep Tissue & Trigger Point therapy can help you better understand where your body is holding tension. Deep Tissue techniques address appropriate layers of tissue to relax, elongate, and release holding patterns in the body. Trigger Point therapy addresses a hyper-shortened area of a muscle (felt as a contraction nodule or type of "knot") that can cause decreased range of motion and varying levels of discomfort.
Sessions include an in-depth consultation including a posture and gait assessment. Session times are flexible. Deep tissue and trigger point work can be intense at times. You choose the amount of time and which area(s) for us to focus attention. Shorter sessions once a week can be highly effective in treating chronic conditions. Longer sessions can incorporate full body relaxation massage as well. This is a great option when you need focused work on one or two areas, but also want the stress-relieving benefits of a relaxation massage.

Hot Stone Massage
Enjoy the benefits of Swedish massage and heat therapy in this ultimate relaxation experience. This is a wonderful treatment for reducing tension and promoting relaxation. Pure bliss.
- 90 minutes: $120
Salt Glow Spa Treatment and Massage
This wonderfully relaxation spa treatment exfoliates the skin using a dry brush treatment and a salt scrub. Finishes with a 30-minute Swedish massage.
- 90 minutes: $100
Foot Reflexology and Massage
Focus on the feet can benefit the whole body. Reflexology and Acupressure points are pressed and the feet are treated with a stress-busting massage.
- 15 minutes (as an add-on service): $15
- 30 minutes (as an add-on or standalone service): $30
- 45 minutes (standalone service): $45
Chair Massage
A little massage can go a long way. Chair massage includes massage of neck, shoulders, back, arms, forearms, hands, and scalp — or a focused treatment of a problem area of your choice. I utilize techniques from my training in Traditional Chinese Tui Na Acupressure as well as Trigger Point and Deep Tissue.
- 30 minutes: $30
