Ashland Family YMCA
The Ashland Family YMCA currently offers chair massage in the lobby Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I am at the "Y" Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 5pm to 7pm. Find me in the lobby and sign-up for a 15 or 30 minute chair massage. Pricing is $15 for 15 minutes, $30 for 30 minutes. My chair massage treatment can include work on your neck, shoulders, back, arms, forearms, hands, and scalp — or a focused treatment of an area of your choice. I utilize techniques from my training in Traditional Chinese Tui Na and Acupressure as well as Trigger Point and Deep Tissue. I will check in with you to make sure you feel the massage you receive from me is appropriate and comfortable and the pressure well within the limits of your comfort, while still being effective.
